Billing itself as London’s first mindful hotel, the 88-room property unfolds over six Georgian townhouses stitched together by Holland Harvey Architects, in a leafy patch of Paddington, to include facilities like a Meditation Pod, Yoga Atrium, a gym with a Peloton indoor cycling bike, and a Clearlight Infrared Sauna.
This is all complimented by thoughtful artwork selected by Amsterdam-based Culture A and uplifting Scandi-flourished interiors – by London-based Caitlin Henderson – in soothing neutral tones and details like handcrafted homeware from Myanmar, plants specially selected for their air purifying qualities, and a mobile phone box, meant to aid restful sleep.
A pantry provides healthy snacks from fresh fruit to vegetable crisps, while Yeotown Kitchen serves an all-day menu of nourishing dishes from nutritious gluten-free oat porridge warmed in almond milk to the Thai green curry coconut noodle bowl. If you do head out, hop on one of the hotel’s Tokyo Bikes, where London’s array of restaurants await.
